DC Image Slideshow Slider ("the App") is developed by DreamCommerce. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you install and use the App on your Shopify store.

The App collects only the minimum information required to function:

• Shopify store information: Your store domain, provided automatically by Shopify during the OAuth installation flow.
• Session data: Authentication tokens required to keep you logged into the App. These are stored securely and expire automatically.

The App does not collect:

• Customer personal data
• Order or payment information
• Browsing or analytics data
• Email addresses of your customers

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Authenticate your Shopify store with the App
• Maintain your active session
• Provide the slideshow functionality through the theme extension

3. Data Storage

Session data is stored using Cloudflare KV, a secure key-value store. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sessions are automatically removed when you uninstall the App.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Shopify: For the app platform and theme extension integration. Subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: For hosting and session storage. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above, solely for the purpose of operating the App.

6. Data Retention

Session data is retained only while the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall the App, all session data is automatically deleted.

7. GDPR and Data Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability
